An initial conversation to understand who the arms are for -- a family or an organization -- and what history, values, or story they should reflect.

Research
Genealogical or institutional research to ground the design in real history rather than generic symbolism, including a review of any arms already associated with the family or region.

Design
Draft compositions are developed following the rule of tincture and the established heraldic vocabulary, then refined with the client through review rounds.

Blazon & Documentation
The finished design is written up as a formal blazon, so the arms can be reproduced accurately by anyone in the future -- not just from the artwork file.

Delivery
Final artwork is delivered in the agreed formats, along with the written blazon and a short history of the design decisions behind it.
What We'll Need From You
- Full names and, where relevant, the family surname and country or region of origin
- Any known family history, existing arms, or heraldic references already associated with the family or organization
- The intended use of the arms (personal, ceremonial, corporate branding, etc.)
- Any symbols, colours, or values that should be reflected in the design
- Preferred timeline for delivery
